Authors may select the publication venue that best aligns with their publication objectives and prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the formatting requirements of the selected journal or conference proceedings. The Organizing Committee will provide detailed author guidelines and technical support throughout the full paper submission process

Regarding the format of the full paper, in addition to the publication formats of the Conference, authors may choose a journal that suits their publication goals and submit their paper in the format of the journal they wish to publish in. The Organizing Committee will compile and provide specific guidance to support authors in the process of submitting their full papers.
Full submission of AIIA 2026 is now open to authors and all participants
NOTES:
1. Authors are kindly requested to complete the registration fee payment in accordance with the conference regulations.
2.Registration Fee:
– Registration fees must be paid no later than 23/09/2026
- Participation fee: 2.000.000 đồng/đại biểu (includes conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunch)
