Announcement Regarding the Deadline for Submitting Posters and Oral Presentations for the 2nd AI Bridge Conference: From Theoretical Discovery to Interdisciplinary Applications (2026)

Dear Authors,

The organizing committee is pleased to announce the deadline for completing and submitting posters and oral presentations for the scientific paper presentation at the "AI Bridge: From Theoretical Discovery to Interdisciplinary Applications" as follows:

Poster Presentation 

  • Poster Requirements: Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm) (Posters should follow the official conference template)

    Presentation Content:

    1. Abstract
    2. Introduction
    3. Methodology
    4. Results
    5. Conclusion & Recommendations
    6. References
    7. Acknowledgements (if applicable)
    8. Author contact information

    Poster Design:

    Authors are encouraged to design their posters creatively while maintaining a professional scientific presentation. Posters should be visually appealing, well-organized, and easy to follow, effectively highlighting the research contributions. Outstanding posters will be eligible for the“Best Poster”Award, which will be evaluated by the conference review panel.

  • Submission Format: Please send the poster file, using the provided template, along with this announcement to the organizing committee's email address.(Including both PowerPoint and PDF files)

Note: Within the framework of the workshop, the organizing committee will conduct a judging process and select the best poster through expert evaluation. Winning posters will be honored, receive certificates, and prizes from the Organizing Committee.
