Announcement Regarding the Deadline for Submitting Poster and Oral Presentation Reports for the National Conference “AI Bridge: From Theoretical Discoveries to Interdisciplinary Applications”

Dear Authors,

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the deadlines for the completion and submission of Posters and Oral Presentation Reports for the National Conference “AI Bridge: From Theoretical Discoveries to Interdisciplinary Applications” as follows:

FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS 

  • Poster Requirements: Size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm) (according to the format set by the Organizing Committee).

    Presentation Content:

    1. Research summary
    2. Introduction
    3. Research methodology
    4. Research results
    5. Conclusion & Recommendations
    6. References
    7. Acknowledgments (if any)
    8. Author contact information

    Layout:

    Authors may freely design the layout of their scientific posters to enhance aesthetics and attract viewers. The layout should be clear, balanced, easy to follow, and effectively highlight the research content. This will contribute to creating impressive and outstanding works for the“Best Poster”contest organized by the conference.

  • Poster Submission Deadline: July 9, 2025

  • Submission Method: Please send the poster file in the provided template along with this announcement via email to the Organizing Committee.(Including both PowerPoint and PDF files)

Note: The Organizing Committee will conduct scoring and select the best poster through expert evaluation. Award-winning posters will be honored, receive certificates, and prizes from the Organizing Committee.

FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • Oral Presentation Submission Deadline: July 11, 2025

  • Submission Method: Please send the PowerPoint and PDF files via email to the Organizing Committee.
